Almost Done

I finished the hand part of my second mitten last night while watching a DVD ("Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind", which I highly recommend). That leaves just the thumb, and I'm hoping to finish it today. I can't wait to wear them; it'll probably be too warm this week, though, since the temp is supposed to be close to 70 on Wednesday. But at least I no longer have to fear winter's chill blast on my hands.

You'll be happy to know that I ordered a mini digital camera from Amazon on Friday, so I hope to be able to post pictures on a regular basis. The mittens will be first, of course.

I need to decide what to do next after the mittens. I'm waiting for the yarn for the felted wreath to be shipped, so I can't start on that yet. Oh, speaking of felting, I felted the bag I made for the yarn guild's yarn exchange, and it turned out beautifully. I don't have to return the bag to the yarn donor until December, so I should be able to post of picture of that, too.

Anyway, maybe I should finish this pillow cover I started ages ago. Or maybe I should do a few more baby hats before the next Depart-Ment craft fair in December. I'll have time to knock out a few if I get busy now. Yeah, the baby hats are probably the better idea.

That's it for this week. Keep on knitting!

Oooh, we are on the same wavelength! Saturday I rewatched my copy of "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" while nursing my cold.

I shall look up the film. The weather here keeps changing from cold to too warm for gloves .I like frosty ,crisp weather. I am working on a Cherry Tree Hill part glitter yarn for Christmas.

Just Me: I love Jim Carrey in "ESotSM." And I'm not a big fan of his, as you know. It's a fun movie for a cold day, given all the scenes on the wintry beach.

ATWWK: I like crisp weather, too. I can't stand heat and humidity. I hope to see pics of the Cherry Tree Hill project when it's done.
