I haven't blogged in a while because I'm working on something fairly complicated that is going to take a long time to complete: new mittens for myself. The pattern is called Autumn Leaves, and I got it and the yarn from a Knit Picks kit.

I think I like the tile pattern on the palm better than the leaf pattern on the back. The thumbs have acorns on them, which I think is adorable. When I'm done with both mittens, I'll block them and post pictures.
Hope you're enjoying the fall-like weather today. It's making me dream of scarves and sweaters and hats, oh my!
