I ended up doing a couple of small Christmas projects at the last minute. A friend's grandson was born early in December, and I decided I should knit a hat for him. I used Knit Picks Felici self-striping sock yarn in the color way Jingle.
The same yarn was perfect for a couple of small ornaments for two friends. We don't usually exchange gifts, but when I had my annual holiday party a couple of weeks ago, they both stayed late to help me clean up, and I thought these ornaments would be nice little tokens of appreciation.
They're super fast and easy to knit. I might do a few more before Christmas. If I don't blog again before the holidays, I wish you and yours the best, and lots of wonderful knitting to come in 2016!
