Believe it or not, I am quite frugal with my yarn. I may have enough yarn in my stash to stock my own store, but that doesn't mean that I waste what I have on hand. I always save yarn leftover from my projects because I can always use those bits and bobs to make other things. Scraps of yarn are especially good for making striped baby hats and other small projects. Here are two examples.
I took these remnants of yarn:
And made this red and orange cowl:
And this pink and yellow one.
I still have quite a bit of yarn left over. I'll probably do some baby hats with it. Someone is always having a baby, and babies always need hats.
