Christmas Under the Wire

 I finished knitting my sister-in-law's Christmas gift late on Sunday and got it in the mail on Monday, just barely making the deadline for Christmas Eve delivery. Sometimes you have to live on the edge.

I used these 2 gradient yarns.

And striped them together.

I'm so happy that I had enough of the dark blue to do the lace border. It looks very dramatic against the lighter colors. I hope she likes it.

Now I'm doing a baby hat for someone I know who is expecting in February. After that I have no idea what I'll make next. I need to go through my stash and see if inspiration strikes.
